Well, jus came bac from tennis trainin n rushing on my gpp... Today quite a tiring day... after lesson had a lot of cca goin on for me... Around 3pm went to CO to train Johnathan suona... taught him nan er dang zi qiang... although i would say is not time for him yet i guess.... Liu Jiang laoshi is rite, he has not realli master the fingering for Suona, but i feel tat in order for him to learn need to at least give him a song or a phrase for him to learn unlike asking him to keep play long notes which is quite irritating.... Jus realized how my suona skill improve over the 4 years... in the past i rmb i always breathless when play it... hving headaches and strain around my mouth area.... now is like i can play easily non stop for 1.5hr... The sound is better than in the past....

After tat, rush for tennis training.... Coach put me on a match with Heung Kin... with an advantage of 0-30 n also not using his full strength... i knew how physically weak i m... once i got tired... i start to break down... i cant hit properly, serve properly n many stuff... although won by 4-2... not happy with my performance... I felt as if today was one of my worst game n trainin yet.... I was kind of sick n little tired.... n did not play at my best... i think zhi peng can see... I felt tat mon trainin with uncle mike is wasted... i hv to buck up i guess... coach also told me to buck up on my physical training n mental... Reduce my errors too. I guess bac to trainin with uncle mike this sun....

I think i shld be able to plan finish my scheduel by end of this weak... June holiday got many things to do... Mugging, tennis camp, prac of suona n tennis, movie dates, train on my weak body of mine... n more mugging i guess!! haha.... ( part of this post is edited due to some conflict...) tats all...
