Strain...ouch

Jus came back from tennis trainin... my body hurts terribly for this whole week.... Mon & Tue my leg was still recovering from the muscle ache i pulled during last thur training.... tue i accidentally repull the muscle n it hurts again.... wed i trained for 1.5 hr only... n i kana the thigh muscles pulled.... due to suicides.... stretched for like 1 hr to relief the pain.... now i hv trainin again... n my body still havent recover.... ouch.... i even did gym on wed.... on use train on my back n chest muscle.... n they havent recover from the soreness..... ouch.....

Packed with co n tennis training this whole weak... n all clash... miss tan told me hv to put co priority first due to the promise i made bf i join tennis.... guess hv to deal with it.... miss tan also said i turn bad... mr low told her i slp in class.... ahh... noe tat this day would come....

I also met a new teacher.... cant rmb her name but she is assisting teacher in charge for tennis... she damn good.... waited n watch us play till like 9++pm....n talk to us somemore... she play tennis when she was pri sch... n now playing for leisure with the pe teachers.... shes a chem teacher so tell me if u noe her name...

Played with aaron alot this week.... i think he is gd liao.... well at least he got a strong serve now n strong forehand... jus tat he depend a lot on ppl's pace.... something like tai chi... use ppl power to hit bac... but cant produce much on his own... so when play with coach darren, he can play god like.... then play with alvin blocker type, he lose out.... but i think he is gd n a gd asset for the main team...

hang out with j lau a lot this week.... after sch eat dinner n stuff.... ok he is a nice guy lar....

OK hv to slp liao... or else my muscles will nv recover...bb....
